On March 22^nd BasicNet’s CEO Gianni Crespi has presented to all colleagues the 2016 consolidated and separate financial statements approved by the Board of Directors, in which were called to meet in the morning under the chairmanship of Marco Boglione. The consolidated net profit amounted to 10.3 million euros, with 7.4 million euros net profit for the parent company BasicNet. A dividend of 0.06 euro per share was proposed. Preliminary results communicated on February 15^th were confirmed: aggregate sales of 740 million euros (up 1.3% on 2015); royalties and sourcing commissions of 46.4 million, in line with 2015.
