After the Board of Directors called to meet on Thursday, October 29th under the chairmanship of Marco Boglione, BasicNet’s CEO Federico Trono has shown to colleagues the Group's nine months 2020 commercial and financial results. BasicNet brands’ aggregate sales amounted to 608.4 million euros: 442.7 million from commercial licensees plus 165.7 from productive licensees. A partial recovery of the impact caused by anti-Covid measures was registered on the main markets, compared to the first six months of 2020. Consolidated revenues totaled 196.5 million: 33.2 as royalties and sourcing commissions; 163.3 as direct sales. Ebitda at 16.1 million euros; Ebit at 7.4; net debt at 80.1 million, down on 93.3 on September 30th, 2019. Three investments were completed in this first 9 months: the acquisition of Kappa Europe, Kappa Japan, and the BasicVillage in Milan.  Â
