On Thursday, April 16, BasicNet’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting was held, chaired by Marco Boglione.  The Meeting approved the 2025 Financial Statements and the distribution of a gross dividend of €0.16 per share, for a total of €7.6 million. It also approved the report on the Group’s compensation policies, authorized the share buyback and disposal plan, and approved the update to the Meeting Regulations.
