On Thursday, April 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of BasicNet S.p.A. reviewed the Group’s performance as of March 31, 2026. Aggregate sales of products under the Group’s brands reached €299.1 million (+11.3%): €241.8 million from direct sales and commercial licensees (+19%), and €57.3 million from manufacturing licensees. Consolidated revenue amounted to €132.8 million (+35.1%), including €13.8 million in royalties and €118.8 million in direct sales. EBITDA stood at €15.4 million (+21.1%), while EBIT totaled €5.6 million. Net financial position toward banks was negative €102.3 million. Sales by commercial licensees recorded growth of +25.6% in Europe and +4.7% in Asia and Oceania, while the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas experienced a slowdown.
