On February 13^th, BasicNet’s CEO Federico Trono showed to colleagues the 2023 preliminary results reviewed by the Board of Directors, called to meet in the same morning at BasicNet headquarters in Turin. Aggregate sales of Group brands products worldwide of 1.14 billion euros: 820 million by commercial licensees and direct sales + 321 million by productive licensees’ sales. Consolidated revenues of 396.8 million, up 2.7% on the previous year as follows: royalties from commercial and productive licensees of 62.3 million and direct sales up 6.4% to 332.8 million. EBITDA of 58.1 million, with increased investments in sponsorships, communication, and human resources; EBIT of 41.1 million. BasicNet distributed dividends of circa 9 million euros in 2023 and acquired treasury shares for 2.5 million.
