Consolidated revenues of 101.6 million, which includes royalties of 13 million and direct sales of 88.2 million. EBITDA of 12.4 million; EBIT of 8.2 million. Commercial licensees and direct sales contract 3.8% in Europe, which accounts for 77.4% of aggregate sales.
