On March 11th BasicNet’s Board of Directors approved the 2025 Consolidated Financial Statements and the Separate Financial Statements as at December 31, 2025, confirming the preliminary results presented on February 12. Consolidated revenues amounted to Euro 415.8 million, up 1.6% compared to the previous year. Pro-forma EBITDA was Euro 54.1 million (reported EBITDA Euro 29.3 million) and pro-forma EBIT was Euro 31.8 million (reported EBIT Euro 6 million). Pro-forma EBT amounted to Euro 30.5 million (reported EBT Euro 0.7 million). Pro-forma Group Result stood at Euro 20 million. The net financial position with banks was Euro -74.4 million, improving compared to Euro -90.8 million at December 31, 2024. A dividend of Euro 0.16 per share in circulation has been proposed, for a total of approximately Euro 7.6 million, while the Shareholders’ AGM has been called for April 16 in single call. As of today, BasicNet holds 6,252,000 treasury shares, equal to 11.578% of the Share Capital and 7.786% of voting rights, for an investment of over Euro 32.7 million.
