On Friday, July 31st, the Board of Directors of BasicNet approved the 2026 Half-Year Report. Aggregate sales of Euro 453.1 million (+15.4%) and consolidated revenues of Euro 216.4 million (+25.4%), including Euro 27.2 million in royalties and sourcing commissions and Euro 188.7 million from direct sales (+37.4%), also boosted by strong e-commerce growth (+111%). EBITDA at Euro 9.1 million; EBIT at a loss of Euro 10.3 million, due to the costs of integrating the two newly-acquired brands. Net financial position with banks negative at Euro 146.2 million, primarily reflecting the financial debt incurred by the Group at the end of 2025 following the acquisitions of Woolrich® and Sundek®.
