Inspired by the Levante and Poniente, the two winds that have shaped the identity of Cádiz, the new kit is unveiled aboard a catamaran, with the Bay of Cádiz as the backdrop for a launch that brings together design, territory and a sense of belonging.
Cádiz, Tuesday 4 August 2026 – Cádiz CF and Kappa® present the third kit for the 2026/27 season, a shirt born from one of the city's most distinctive elements: the wind. Inspired by the Levante and Poniente, this new shirt transforms the sand, the air and the resilience of Cádiz into a design that speaks for itself.
Built around the concept "The Sand That Forges Us", the new kit weaves a story deeply rooted in Cádiz's identity into the fabric itself. A sand tone dominates the entire shirt as a tribute to the beaches that define the city's landscape, while a wave pattern runs across the chest, evoking the constant movement of the strong winds that, generation after generation, have shaped the coastline and the character of those who live there.
Because in Cádiz, the wind has never been an obstacle. It is part of the city's identity. The Levante toughens, demands and tests. The Poniente cools, accompanies and restores calm. Together, they have shaped a land and a way of life where resilience needs no explanation — it is simply proven.
The waves featured on the shirt represent this invisible force that transforms the landscape. The footprints, woven into the design, symbolise the Cádiz supporters — people who stand firm even when the wind lifts the sand and carries it all the way to the asphalt. Footprints that can never be erased. A metaphor for a city that always moves forward, head held high, straight into the storm.
For the official unveiling of the third kit, a setting was chosen that is every bit as representative as the shirt's design itself: a catamaran that will sail across the Bay of Cádiz. A unique location that reinforces the bond between the sea, the wind and the city that inspired this new shirt, bringing its story back to the very place where it began.
On the technical side, Kappa® once again relies on its KOMBAT™ technology, developed to deliver maximum sporting performance. The shirt is made from Hydro-Way Protection fabric, a lightweight, breathable material that helps wick away sweat and dries quickly, ensuring comfort both in competition and in everyday wear. The ergonomic cut, combined with the fabric's elasticity, guarantees total freedom of movement and a fit designed to meet the demands of elite football.
More than just a kit, this shirt is a declaration of identity. A garment that transforms Cádiz's most distinctive elements into a symbol of belonging, inviting everyone to proudly wear the spirit of the south with the same determination with which its people have learned to live alongside the wind.
The third kit is now available at Cádiz CF's official stores — Estadio, on Calle CompañĂa 10, and CC BahĂa Sur, in Chiclana — as well as online via the official Cádiz CF website.
