BasicNet and Giuliano Besson have signed and sealed a fifty-fifty joint venture, through Anzi Besson Trademark S.r.l., proprietary titleholder to the Anzi&Besson® trademark, in a strategic intent to relaunch and enhance the value of this historic and enviable skiwear brand icon. As global and sole licensee for this premium brand name, BasicNet will make available its business model and all specific applications resulting therefrom synonymous with the approach adopted in the past for the K-Way® and Superga® trademarks.
