After the Board of Directors called to meet on Friday, November 8th under the chairmanship of Marco Boglione, BasicNet’s CEO Federico Trono has shown to colleagues the Group nine months 2019 commercial performance. BasicNet brands’ aggregate sales amount to 777.6 million euros, up 22.8%: 565.4 million euros from commercial licensees plus 212.2 million from productive licensees. Consolidated revenues – on the basis of royalties and sourcing commissions, in addition to BasicItalia’s, BasicRetail’s, BasicRetail Suisse’s, and Kappa® Europe’s sales – total 235.8 million euros up 55.2%. This growth was supported by the entry of the French Group into the consolidation, net of which consolidated revenues grew 18.1% over nine months 2018. European market grows 22.5%. Major recovery for America, up 50%, and Middle East and Africa, up 43%. Growth also in Asia and Oceania. The strong performance is expected to continue in the 4th quarter 2019.
