Turin, January 8^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 13^th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13^th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period January 2^nd and 5^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 11,050 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,384,550 treasury shares, equal to 8.119% of the share capital and 6.340% on the voting rights.
