Turin, May 20^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 13^th and 17^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 21,550 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,596,450 treasury shares, equal to 8.512% of the share capital and 6.647% on the voting rights.
