On May 1st, at the Conservatory of Turin, BasicNet Group BasicGuys Gabriella Ballo, Sarina Ballo, and Franco Bonanno were awarded the “Stella al Merito del Lavoro,� an honor conferred by the Federazione Nazionale Maestri del Lavoro, a sister organization of the National Federation of Knights of Labour. The recognition was presented by Marco Boglione, Founder and Chairman of BasicNet and a Cavaliere del Lavoro since 2011, who during the ceremony officially confirmed their title of “Maestri del Lavoro 2026.� With the heartfelt participation of Marco Boglione and the Regional Consulate of Piedmont, Franco Bonanno’s award was accepted on his behalf by his wife Francesca and his son Matteo.
