Turin, June 18^th, 2018 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 24^th, 2018, whose commencement was announced on April 26^th, 2018, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 11^th and 15th 2018, acquired on the MTA 27,503 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 6,533,282 treasury shares, equal to 10.711% of the share capital.
