Turin, August 6^th, 2018 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 24^th, 2018, whose commencement was announced on April 26^th, 2018, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period July 30^th and August 3^rd 2018, acquired on the MTA 32,650 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 6,608,532 treasury shares, equal to 10.835% of the share capital.
