The annual corporate events calendar for the approval of the financial results by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting for 2019 follows:

March 8, 2019      Board of Directors: review and approval of the statutory and consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2018.

April 19, 2019             Board of Directors: review of commercial performance at March 31, 2019.

April 19, 2019             Shareholders’ Meeting: approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2018 (single call).

July 26, 2019              Board of Directors: approval of the 2019 Half-Year Report.

November 8, 2019      Board of Directors: review of commercial performance at September 30, 2019.

 

Any changes to the above dates will be communicated in a timely manner.
