Perfectly embodying the Superga® original attitude, Alexa Chung, the brand’s Ambassador since 2011, is captured by photographer Robin Galiegue charmingly posing on a neutral background at London’s Spring Studios.
The essential atmosphere enhances the distinctive, evergreen attitude of the Superga® offering, further exalted by the slightly androgynous, urban and definitely chic looks, including slick blazers, slim denim pants, mannish suits and striped shirts, sported by Alexa Chung and styled by Virginie Benarroch.
The versatile and naturally elegant attitude of the British designer and broadcaster, who launched her namesake fashion label in 2016, telegraphs the same clear, concise message of spontaneous sophistication, which Superga® traditionally infuses in its creations.
Seated on the floor, posing on a stool, or laying on a classic leather sofa, Alexa Chung wears some of Superga® most iconic styles. They include the brand’s hero product, the 2750 tennis shoe in white canvas, an international symbol of laid-back chicness. Challenging the logomania trend, the 2790 sneaker features the platform embellished with the eye-catching Superga® lettering, while an high-top option reveals the archival Alpina tick tread sole keeping you warm and dry also during chilly and rainy days.  Â
The campaign also puts the focus on some of the styles included in the new Superga® x ALEXACHUNG collection, including the signature high-top and low-top sneakers worked in black satin and burgundy suede, respectively, as well as the fashion iconic’s beloved mule design crafted from white leather and embellished with multicolor grommets.
The launch of the Superga® Fall/Winter 2019 advertising campaign will mark the official debut of the new Superga® x ALEXACHUNG collection, which will be celebrated with an exclusive event on Sept. 18 during the upcoming Milan Fashion Week.
