Turin, October 17^th, 2022 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of May 30^th, 2022, whose commencement was announced on May 30^th, 2022, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 10^th and 14^th, 2022, acquired on the EXM 31,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 3,619,900 treasury shares, equal to 6.704% of the share capital.
