Turin, August 28^th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 13^th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13^th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 21^st and 25^th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 16,300 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,156,900 treasury shares, equal to 7.698% of the share capital.
