Turin, October 16^th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 13^th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13^th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 9^th and 13^th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 13,050 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,227,600 treasury shares, equal to 7.83% of the share capital and 6.17% on the voting rights.
