Turin, December 22^nd, 2023. Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period December 18^th and 22^nd, 2023, acquired on the EXM 15,150 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,364,900 treasury shares, equal to 8.083% of the share capital and 6.377% on the voting rights.
