Turin, December 29^th, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 13^th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13^th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period December 27^th and 29^th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 8,600 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,373,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.099% of the share capital and 6.389% on the voting rights.
