Turin, May 6^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period April 29^th and May 3^rd, 2024, acquired on the EXM 18,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,554,550 treasury shares, equal to 8.434% of the share capital and 6.586% on the voting rights.
