Turin, May 13^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 6^th and 10^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 20,350 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,574,900 treasury shares, equal to 8.472% of the share capital and 6.615% on the voting rights.
