Turin, May 27^th, 2024. Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 20^th and 24^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 23,050 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,619,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.555% of the share capital and 6.680% on the voting rights.
