Turin, June 28^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 24^th and 28^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 22,200 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,737,700 treasury shares, equal to 8.773% of the share capital and 6.851% on the voting rights.
