Turin, August 9^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 1^st and 9^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 31,750 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,769,450 treasury shares, equal to 8.832% of the share capital and 6.897% on the voting rights.
