Turin, August 19^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period August 12^th and 16^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 14,350 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,783,800 treasury shares, equal to 8.859% of the share capital and 6.918% on the voting rights.
