Turin, September 30^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 23^rd and 27^th, 2024, acquired on the EXM 33,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,931,600 treasury shares, equal to 9.133% of the share capital and 6.222% on the voting rights.
