Turin, November 25^th, 2024 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period November 18^th and 22^nd, 2024, acquired on the EXM 289,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 6,080,000 treasury shares, equal to 11.259% of the share capital and 7.692% on the voting rights.
