Turin, January 7^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period December 30^th, 2024 and January 6^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 125,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 6,908,000 treasury shares, equal to 12.793% of the share capital and 8.739% on the voting rights.
