Turin, January 13^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 16^th, 2024, whose commencement was announced on April 16^th, 2024, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period January 7^th and 10^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 125,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,033,000 treasury shares, equal to 13.024% of the share capital and 8.897% on the voting rights.
