Turin – 24^th January 2025 – Following the press release published on 25 October 2024, concerning the agreement regarding Permira's acquisition of a significant minority stake in K-Way S.p.A., BasicNet received today notification of the transaction’s clearance from the European Commission, acting as competent antitrust authority.

The closing of the transaction is expected on February 28^th 2025.
