Turin, May 12th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 17th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 5th and 9th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 64,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,559,500 treasury shares, equal to 13.999% of the share capital and 9.564% on the voting rights
