Turin, May 19^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 12^th and 16^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 36,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,596,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.067% of the share capital and 9.610% on the voting rights.
