COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VOTING RIGHTS
(Pursuant to article 85-bis, paragraph 4-bis, of the Issuers’ Regulation n.11971/99)
Turin, June 3rd, 2025 – On June 1st, 2025 the increased vote has taken effect for 361,545 ordinary shares, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Finance Act and in accordance with the articles of the association.
