Turin, June 3^rd, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period May 26^th and June 2^nd, 2025, acquired on the EXM 41,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,672,500 treasury shares, equal to 14.208% of the share capital and 9.662% on the voting rights.
