Turin, June 16^th, 2025 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders’ AGM of April 17^th, 2025, whose commencement was announced on April 18^th, 2025, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period June 9^th and 13^th, 2025, acquired on the EXM 35,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,736,000 treasury shares, equal to 14.326% of the share capital and 9.742% on the voting rights.
