On Friday, March 7^th, the Board of Directors of BasicNet approved the 2024 Consolidated Financial Statements and the 2024 Separate Financial Statements. Preliminary results of February 12th have been confirmed. Consolidated revenues of 409.2 million euros, up 3.1% on the previous year as follows: royalties from commercial and productive licensees of 60.9 million and direct sales up 4.2% to 346.8 million euros. EBITDA of 61.1 million and EBIT of 42.1 million. Net profit of 25.3 million. Proposed dividend of 0.16 euro per share in circulation for a total of 7.5 million circa. Shareholders’ AGM called for April 17th in a single call. BasicNet today holds 7,033,000 treasury shares, equal to 13.02% of the Share Capital, for an investment of over 32 million euros.
